Description
The small chalet is a dreamlike Bijou and is to be reached with the last 250 meters only by foot. But you can drive up to house number "49" - stop there - unload and bring things to the chalet with a handcart (house number "60"). You can park about 150 meters further down the slope on a private parking lot. In visible proximity there are only about ten neighbors. The chalet is virtually on the edge of the forest. A small terrace invites you to rest & enjoy. One is here really for himself.
The accommodation
The chalet is a little bijou with only 30 sqm. A great little bathroom with Raindance and underfloor heating complete the little house. A small stove provides absolutely sufficient warmth. The chalet has NO heating, but the fireplace is sufficient. In addition, the underfloor heating in the bathroom also gives off heat. A small fan heater is also available (for emergencies). A nice big double bed with 180 by 200 cm can be made out of the single bed with little effort. The double bed is in the large living room, a second bed for a third person - or possibly two small children is in the second room on the right. A small kitchen with two hotplates and a small refrigerator invite you to cook and enjoy.
There is NO direct stove, but two modern hotplates with induction and all necessary dishes and pans. This specification is not ideal to "tick" in AIRBNB - therefore verbally discussed here.
Since 17.02.2020, the chalet still has an outdoor whirlpool of the brand "HotSpring TX". At 38 to 39 degrees, the dreamlike view of the Kiental can now be enjoyed around the clock on 356 days.
Pets are welcome, dogs, cats, birds, etc.. - but they are NOT allowed in the whirlpool. There is a one-time fee of CHF 60.00.

The device works only when absolutely correct handling. It sometimes takes 12 hours for the pool to return to a temperature of 39.0 degrees.
Please note that the pool does not get dirty. Do not use bathing suits washed with fabric softener. Always shower before use.

We have two other locations with large Jacuzzies in the rental - here we had sometimes once about 8 days in the year - where the pool was under maintenance and repair. Therefore this info here.
As I said - since 01.02.2020 this Whirloool runs here - at this location without "failure".
