Engelberg. Quiet hillside location above the village with fantastic view of the Engelberg mountains and the Titlis. Village center with pedestrian zone, stores, restaurants 1.5 km. Swimming pool (indoor and outdoor) 1.7 km. Gondolas to the hiking areas Brunni & Titlis each approx. 2.5 km.Sundays are generally not possible. But if needed please contact us - then we can plan. Accommodation:
House: Beautiful vacation home with fireplace and large whirlpool. 4-room house half with 95 sqm living space over 2 floors. Tasteful furnishings. Modern comfort equipment. Internet access via W-Lan. Washing machine. Central heating, radiant heater in the winter garden. Terrace with seating and lounging furniture, barbecue. Outdoor jacuzzi with beautiful mountain view. 2 parking spaces at the house.
First floor: living room with comfortable sofas by the fireplace, large flat screen TV, radio/CD, dining table. Kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher. Winter garden with large panormama window front, dining table, sitting or sleeping area (single bed, pull-out bed). Access to terrace and whirlpool.
1st floor (hillside): main entrance with wardrobe. Double bedroom with desk, balcony. Double bedroom with french. Bed. Bathroom: bw/du, wb. Separate WC.
Note: The sofas in the living room are sofa beds for 2 pers. each. However, the object is designed for max. 6 persons and may not be occupied by more persons.
Note about the whirlpool:
The device works only when absolutely correct handling. It sometimes takes 36 hours for the pool to return to a temperature of 39.0 degrees.
Please make sure that the pool does not get dirty. Do not use bathing suits washed with fabric softener. Always shower before use.
Please note, the pool also needs partial cleaning and refurbishment and is therefore not always available.
We do not refund costs and credits if the pool is not available once! Please always ask here in advance if the pool is a 100% important booking criterion!

Access for guests:
The entire house is available for guests.

Equipment:
- Olive oil, sunflower oil, vinegar, pepper white and black, sea salt, table salt is available - whether still sufficient, can NOT be guaranteed.
- Firewood / grill wood is sufficiently available
- At least one garbage bag is deposited in the oil room
Other important notes:
The garbage must be disposed of via container sacks for which a fee is charged. These can be bought e.g. in the COOP. These bags are then to be disposed of in the silver containers in the village. If you drive from the chalet down to the village in the direction of Dorfstrasse, you will pass two of these containers. These containers can also be found in the village.
